A refreshing approach for working out
Alea is a free health & fitness app for Android devices, which allows users to generate random calisthenics workout by rolling dice. This features two dice—one that determines what kind of workout to do, and one that determines the number of it that must be done.
Roll the dice
Instead of following a fixed routine, Alea generates spontaneous calisthenics workouts with a single tap. It features a minimalist interface paired with smooth animations that keep the experience simple, polished, and easy to navigate. With no accounts, advertisements, or subscriptions, it offers a distraction-free way to begin quick bodyweight workouts anytime.
Users can customize the number of sides on each die to control workout variety, generate full 100-repetition sessions, and track progress through streaks, workout history, and lifetime statistics. Light and dark themes are also available. However, the random workout generation might not suit those following structured fitness programs.
A new casual approach to training
Alea offers a refreshing approach to bodyweight training by combining randomized workouts with a clean, distraction-free design. Customization options and progress tracking add lasting value, making it suitable for quick fitness sessions. However, its reliance on random exercise generation might not appeal to users with structured training goals.
